Maria Launches New Cancer Support Group for Women

Maria, the driving force behind Maria and the Pink Ladies, has taken another significant step in supporting those affected by cancer. She has set up a cancer support group for women, offering a safe and welcoming space for those facing the challenges of a cancer diagnosis, treatment, and recovery.

The group meets once a month at the AACC office in Flamenca Beach, providing an opportunity for women to share their journeys, offer support, and find comfort in each other’s experiences. Whether newly diagnosed, undergoing treatment, or in remission, every woman affected by cancer is welcome.

Maria understands firsthand the emotional and physical toll cancer takes, which is why this group focuses on compassion, encouragement, and friendship. Meetings are informal, creating a relaxed environment where attendees can chat over a cup of tea or coffee, enjoy a biscuit, and simply be there for one another. Whether someone needs practical advice, reassurance, or just a shoulder to cry on, this group aims to ensure that no woman faces cancer alone.

If you or someone you know could benefit from this supportive community, please reach out to Maria on 633 487 595.

Together, we can provide strength, hope, and solidarity in the fight against cancer.
