Maria and the Pink Ladies, a leading organisation dedicated to beating cancer, are delighted to announce the appointment of Leroy Vickers as their new patron.

Leroy is a well-known entertainer and entrepreneur in the local area, as well as the founder and member of Tre Amici, who appeared on The X Factor in the UK in 2018. Having lived on the Costa Blanca for the past five years, he brings with him many years of experience in fundraising for charitable causes, most notably with The Dove House Hospice in the UK.

Leroy will play a pivotal role in supporting Maria and the Pink Ladies’ initiatives and in helping to expand the organisation’s reach and impact in the years ahead.

“We are honoured to welcome Leroy as our patron,” said Maria Wilson (B.E.M.), President of Maria and the Pink Ladies. “His experience, dedication, and passion for our cause will undoubtedly help us reach new heights.”

Leroy commented, “I am excited to support Maria and the Pink Ladies and contribute to the incredible work they do. Together, we can make a lasting difference.”

This partnership marks a significant milestone for Maria and the Pink Ladies as they continue to grow, strengthen their fundraising efforts, and support women affected by cancer across the region.

About Leroy

(Founder, Music Manager, and Philanthropist

Leroy Vickers, Over the past several years, I have immersed myself in the worlds of music, events, and charitable work, all while pursuing my passion for supporting others and making a meaningful impact.

Life in Spain and Musical Journey

I have spent five memorable years living in Spain, an experience that broadened my horizons and enriched my appreciation for diverse cultures and communities. My professional journey took a major turn when I became the founder of Tre Amici, a vocal group that many will recognise from their appearance on The X Factor UK in 2018. Managing Tre Amici for over 12 years has been a remarkable adventure, filled with challenges and triumphs in equal measure.

Event Organisation and Artist Management

Much of my time and energy has been devoted to arranging events, managing and promoting talented artists, and ensuring that every project I am involved in reaches its highest potential. My hands-on approach and enthusiasm have allowed me to forge strong relationships within the industry and to help artists realise their dreams.

Charitable Work and Community Involvement

I am absolutely over the moon to have been asked to become a patron for The Pink Ladies, an organisation dedicated to raising awareness and much-needed funds for a very worthy cause. My passion and commitment to helping others drive me to go the extra mile, and I am excited to bring my experience in fundraising and event management to support their important work.

My dedication to charitable initiatives has also seen me work very closely with The Dove House Hospice in the UK. Through these experiences, I have proven my ability to organise successful fundraising campaigns and to rally communities around causes that matter.

Looking to the Future

As I look ahead, I am filled with excitement and optimism. I am eager to continue using my skills, knowledge, and energy to support both the arts and charitable organisations. Whether through music, event management, or philanthropic work, my aim is always to make a positive difference and inspire others to get involved.

Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me, my journey, and my passions. I look forward to all that the future holds.
